Now that you have read and understood how the program works, I urge you to take out a pen and paper and write down the answer to the question below.
Question: What is your goal/dream in life after your child becomes independent? In other words, what is your deep/inner desire or dream that you want to do/accomplish in your life for yourself? Make a list of things you want to do or experience. This can be something you have wanted to do for a very long time, or an idea of something you wanted start or pursue, but were unable to dedicate time for yourself.
We have found that when you write down a dream or new pursuit for your life when you are ready and able, it enables you to look forward in your life – this is very important.
Take your time and on a piece of paper write down your answer to the above question (we encourage you to do this before your very first session). You can have one, two or an infinite number of things on your list. Continue adding to your list anytime. Once you write your thoughts down, put this paper in a place where you spend most of your time at home AND LOOK AT THIS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. You can put this in your personal diary if you like and read it every day before going to bed. This will allow your subconscious to move forward toward the change to achieve them.
Note: If you felt overwhelmed, were unable to come up with an answer, or simply blanked out after reading this question, address this to the practitioner before your first or next session so they may help you understand why this is so, discover yourself in the process.
In this program, we strongly suggest for you to incorporate a few supplements into your daily life, as we have observed tremendous benefits from these. We prefer certain types and brands that we believe absorb more quickly in the body. We will provide information regarding the supplement once you register for the program, which will include the dosage for each participating member of the family and link to purchase the supplements. We highly recommend (and it is important) you start the supplements before your very first session or within the first week of your session. The practitioner will explain to you the importance of these supplements during your first session.
We will also send you a PDF version of the book known as Magnesium Miracle, which explains why and how these supplements play an important role in the human body. This book is written by the doctor who made these supplements – Dr. Caroline Dean. Those of us at Natural Healing Trends and our associates do not receive any compensation from the sale of these supplements. We have seen stronger results in our clients when their bodies are properly nourished and we have experienced it ourselves.
Purchasing and using supplements is purely your choice, but following the practitioner’s advice as meticulously as possible will help you to achieve the best possible outcome from our Mind & Body Miracle program.
Hydration is key to obtaining optimal benefits. Many people are dehydrated without knowing it.
1. One day before your first session, be certain to hydrate thoroughly; 64 ounces (approximately 2 liters) minimum of water or green/herbal tea.
2. At least two hours before the session drink at least 24-32 ounces (3-4 glasses) of water.
3. Post session – Drink at least 2 glasses (16 ounces) of water after your session and keep yourself hydrated for the remainder of the day.
Hydration will improve the effectiveness of the changes, eliminate toxins stored in your tissues and minimize or eliminate headaches or muscle discomfort.
Use the bathroom before your session begins and keep water near you during the session.
Your body will experience changes from the renewed energy flow. You may need a little extra sleep or additional resting time during the day. This is normal and it is good for your body. Listen to your body, this is key to achieving improved balance and well-being.
It is a good idea to stay in communication with practitioners in-between sessions (whenever possible). As you go through this program, there are many subtle changes you will notice happening to you and your family and it is always good to share this with the practitioners. Update them on your and your child’s progress, such as the changes you are feeling and noticing. For example, aches/pains on certain parts of the body are gone; feeling more positive; better sleep quality, less fatigue; relief from stress; child’s improvements (calmer, happier, becoming more independent, and other behavioral changes); certain fears are gone; more mental peace and clarity; relationships with child, spouse, parents, co-workers are becoming more harmonized (less friction); others are understanding you easily; etc.
If there are newer feelings or emotions that are surfacing (feeling of overwhelm, stuck, anxiousness, etc.), share these with the practitioners at the beginning of your session so they can address these as soon as possible.
These updates will not only help the practitioner understand your progress but will also help affirm that positive changes are indeed happening within and around you. So, simply send an email or text message to Rajeev and Ann at any time.
Note: they may or may not respond to your updates but know that they are happy to receive them.
